One year on and it feels like my heart is breaking all over again. The pain I felt on this day was a pain like never before. It really was the worst day of my life. We lost a true hero and our Grandad. What I would give for one last hug, one last hello love and just for you to tell me everything is going to be ok. I still cannot believe you was taken from us and in the way you was. I miss you and think about you every day and I am forever lucky I got to call you Grandad.
